Chang has over 12 years of experience comprising C-suite, strategy, private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, and accounting across a wide array of industries, including logistics, eCommerce, bioeconomy, forestry, manufacturing and F&B.

As the CFO of EasyParcel, a fast-growing tech logistic startup, he oversees capital management (equity and debt fundraising), investor relations, financial planning, analysis and reporting. Besides supporting the team in driving growth strategy and cost optimisation initiatives, he works with the founders in driving corporate development through strategic partnerships, investments and M&A.

Chang is a CFA charterholder and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
